Tree Removal

Why remove a tree?

While we try to preserve trees as much as possible, there are some situations where removal of a tree is more appropriate. Situations where removal may be recommended could include: trees that are declining in health or that have sustained significant damage, which could pose a hazard to people or property; trees that have become too large for the space they occupy where trimming and pruning wouldn't be a viable option; areas of property that are overcrowded with trees that a client wants to open up to allow more sunlight in, etc. where pruning may not be sufficient enough to accomplish the goal.

How do you remove a tree safely that's close to the house?

We utilize various methods to safely take down a tree, each specific to a particular project. This may include certain rigging techniques to safely direct branches and logs away from a structure after they've been cut before lowering to the ground; the use of a crane to assist in the removal process.

Do you remove large trees?

In order to accurately determine whether we would be able to assist with a specific tree removal project, we need to first evaluate it in-person. If we think a tree removal project is beyond the scope of what we are able to assist with, we will give you our honest opinion and make any appropriate recommendations to further help you; this could include referring you to another company if we believe it might be better suited to your needs.

Can you help with storm cleanup or fallen trees / branches?

We do offer cleanup services for fallen trees or branches and limbs. If you have a fallen tree or branch that is impeding the use of your property, we will expedite the removal process as much as possible to help you get your property back to the way it was.

Do you get rid of the branches and wood when you take down a tree?

Yes, full cleanup and removal of all the debris is included in the quote unless you specify otherwise. We do offer discount pricing options such as no-cleanup jobs where we just get the tree down for you; or partial cleanup where we may get rid of the branches but leave the wood, etc. We will discuss these options with you before providing a written estimate.
